In reply to Andrew. Hi Andrew, you can just use an equal amount of cream, and it should work out fine! :) You can also swap out the extract to customize the flavor to whatever you'd like.

In reply to Severina Kluizenaar. Yes is it, the gelatin really helps stabilize it. You can leave it at room temp for 4-6 hrs. However, I personally think it's better when it's slightly chilled!
