If you want moist cake try using oil instead of butter and add a half cup of yoghurt. works like a charm.

What kind of cream that you are using? Is that cooking cream? Heavy cream? Or whipping cream? Cause you mention only 4oz of cream. Thanks in advance.

I followed the recipe but mine came out dry. The flavor is good but it’s really dry. I probably won’t try again.
