Hi Rachel. Hmm, that does sound unusual because chocolate should firm up when chilled. If the cookies were fully refrigerated as directed, perhaps there was an accidental mis-measurement that affected how the cookies set. So sorry they didn’t turn out for you.

They never hardened up, and I did it exactly as instructed.

My fiancé and I made these together for Easter and they were so delicious!!

We love butterscotch so I decided to halve the amount of peanut butter chips and replace the other half with butterscotch chips, and the chocolate mixture ended up tasting like Coffee Crisp which was a very pleasant surprise!!

Also, as fans of the board game Wingspan, we plan on making these again when we host a board game night with our friends where we’ll be playing Wingspan. It’ll be so cute and perfectly themed!!
