Hi Joan! I would recommend using the measurements for a 9.5″ springform pan – so if you just want to cover the bottom (or bottom + a bit up the sides) it’s one batch of the recipe in the recipe card. If you want the bottom + 2 inches up the sides, I would double it. So you can just click the “2x” button above the ingredients and it will calculate it for you. 🙂 Hope this helps – let me know if you have any questions!
