This is a pretty pie, with the perfect combination of strawberries, rhubarb and cinnamon, and a delicate, flaky crust.

may 21, 2018 being a baker all i can say is like wow wow wow, the best pastry, the best filling ever. we used our own rhubarb …did not have the gel but used flour. perfect all around.thanks. if you had more stars i would mark them. 🙂 canada

Great recipe! I just made this for a Memorial Day picnic today, and got rave reviews. Everyone loved the pie and the crust! The only thing I did differently (which was very minor) was add a 1/2 teaspoon of lemon zest as well.
