Hi…the recipe sounds great and I love the addition of the dry ice for a spooky effect BUT I would warn against putting the dry ice in the punch or glass!! Not safe! Even a little piece can be harmful that being said i did use dry ice in a different Halloween drink recipe but I used stirrers that were meant to keep the dry ice safely inside a capsule. Just want people to know there is a safe option.

Hi Ronda. This recipe stays bubbly. It will eventually go flat if it sits for a long time but not initially. Think of it like a root beer float. The sherbet will change the texture a little, but there will definitely be bubbles. And, if you make it with dry ice, there will be lots of bubbles. lol.
