I haven’t experienced this problem personally, but I wonder if it has something to do with the white chocolate you used? Either the cocoa butter %, or if it wasn’t real white chocolate, the palm kernel oil? I have had other hot chocolates separate in the past and have usually had good luck blending them together on a high speed in a blender–this seems to help with the separation issue. I’m sure it’s too late but that might be something to try for next time, or if you ever encounter this with a different recipe?

I don’t know the calorie count, but you’re welcome to plug it into one of the many free tools available online to find out. It’s not low calorie, of course, but it’s also meant to be a dessert, not a beverage to have with your breakfast. And in the future, please try not to denigrate an entire country, thanks.
