Haha desserts will definitely exhaust you! I’m so glad they turned out though, I love hearing that. The goal is for all the box brownie lovers to be able to bake lavish desserts! As far as the edges, after the initial coat of white chocolate has firmed up, you can take a paint brush and brush the inside of the mold where it looks thin to reinforce it. If they don’t look seamless because the white chocolate sticks out, I usually take my finger and smooth it out. The heat from my finger helps to smooth the edge right together! Hope this helps in the future!

I made these and they turned out amazing. I have no artistic ability and am usually a box brownie kind of person, but I went all out. It took me hours and I’m exhausted , but it was worth it. My only problem was the golf ball molds edges were thin and it didn’t look seamless when connecting the two halves.

I have the perfect person to make them for and his birthday is coming up, as well as his retirement party. Thank you so much!

Hey Emily! You can definitely make the truffles in advance. They actually last for several weeks, if kept refrigerated, so Thurs – Sat is not a problem at all. I’d keep them in an airtight container in the fridge, and let them come to room temp before serving (since cold, hard truffles are not so delicious.) PLEASE send pics or share on the facebook page when you make them–I love to see how my recipes turn out!

My boyfriend and his best friend have spent every weekend this summer golfing together. I’m planning on making these this weekend. How far in advance can I make the truffles though? If i prepared them Thursday to be eaten on Saturday, would that work? How should I store them – airtight container in fridge?
