Thank you for this recipe Elizabeth. All of my friends and my own Mother’s have passed away. But what a nice way to give them a nice gift like this for Mother’s Day. I will need to make 6 but I think I got this one with no problem. I can’t wait to see the look on their faces…Happy Mothers Day to you too..

So pretty and so easy! Puff pastry is a life saver! I love the fonts you used on your pictures, too. (Would banana slices work? I would add them last minute or maybe … caramelize or bake them!?)
