This recipe just didn’t work. The cake part was a bit dense. And the cranberry curd just tastes slightly sweet but has no cranberry taste at all. I used fresh cranberries. I even tasted it before I put it on the cake, and there was no cranberry taste. Your recipes usually work, so it’s ok that this one didn’t. But for the time it took, it’s just not worth it for the end product. It only tastes like almonds and is too dense.
