Yes, grapefruit cake is awesome! And I LOVE your math. Since these were free to make, and I would otherwise have spent money on dessert, I actually SAVED the family a bunch of money, right? Money that I can re-funnel into more expensive baking ingredients? I’m pretty sure that’s how that works!
