Crescent dough is typically found in the refrigerated section near canned cinnamon rolls and biscuits. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;background: linear-gradient(to bottom, transparent 50%, #ffdee6 50%)\" class=\"ugb-highlight\"><strong>Berries:<\/strong><\/span><\/strong> You&rsquo;ll want about 3 cups of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sugarhero.com\/tag\/berries\/\">berries<\/a>. Feel free to swap in whatever is available and fresh where you are. You&rsquo;ll want to use <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3JQiHkg\" data-eafl-id=\"59371\" data-eafl-parsed=\"1\" class=\"eafl-link eafl-link-text eafl-link-direct\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">8-ounce wide-mouth mason jars<\/a>. You could also use smaller jars for mini desserts, just make sure the top opening isn&rsquo;t too small to easily work with.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;background: linear-gradient(to bottom, transparent 50%, #ffedba 50%)\" class=\"ugb-highlight\">Round cutters:<\/span>&nbsp;<\/strong>You can use either a <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3Y1PWrP\" data-eafl-id=\"51979\" data-eafl-parsed=\"1\" class=\"eafl-link eafl-link-text eafl-link-direct\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">2-inch or 3-inch round cutter<\/a>. I recommend using a 2-inch cutter because the shortcakes will fit more easily in the jars. If you use a 3-inch cutter, you might need to cut a little excess off to make the cakes fit. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;background: linear-gradient(to bottom, transparent 50%, #fff1cb 50%)\" class=\"ugb-highlight\"><strong>Baking sheets:<\/strong><\/span><\/strong> Heavy-duty&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3Ry1Rf1\" data-eafl-id=\"54000\" data-eafl-parsed=\"1\" class=\"eafl-link eafl-link-text eafl-link-direct\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">baking sheets<\/a>&nbsp;will keep the bottoms of the shortcakes from burning and help them bake evenly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;background: linear-gradient(to bottom, transparent 50%, #ffedba 50%)\" class=\"ugb-highlight\"><strong>Parchment paper:<\/strong> <\/span> I never bake directly on my baking sheets&ndash;it&rsquo;s all about the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3jCnm1r\" data-eafl-id=\"52679\" data-eafl-parsed=\"1\" class=\"eafl-link eafl-link-text eafl-link-direct\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">parchment<\/a>, baby! Top with another piece of parchment and a second baking sheet&ndash;this is to weigh the crescent rolls down during baking so that they don&rsquo;t puff up too
